What you’ll work on day-to-day
Lead and execute product strategy on client engagements to deliver recognized value and earn consistently high NPS scores
Support team autonomy through clear communication of business and user value
Empower team members to feel a sense of ownership and accountability through translating value to work and partnering to collectively problem solve
Align team and stakeholders expectations to shape engagements with prospective clients, ensuring that outcomes are achievable
Navigate complex interpersonal and technical environments, and uncover solutions to complex problems.
Build trust with members of the client organization, enabling conversations about additional areas where Stride can contribute
Manage team priorities through data-informed decision making while demonstrating measurable progress
Here’s what we're looking for
4+ years of experience working with agile engineering teams and cross-functional organizations
Advised and managed expectations of management and stakeholders, earning trust and building durable relationships
Can conduct user research, customer interviews, and lean experiments
Consistently experiment with new methods and tools
Bring experience facilitating workshops and Agile ceremonies
Experience with business analysis, case writing, and financial modeling a plus
Important Information:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The range of starting pay for this role is $130,000 – $200,000.
