Position Summary
As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and hardware that form the backbone of our organization's IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT resources and infrastructure components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, design and deploy solutions to support our business operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices, and staying current with emerging technologies to continuously improve our internal user support goals.
Overall, you will contribute to the stability and performance of our systems to enable seamless operations and support our company's growth objectives.Job Duties
- Provides user support of workstations and applications for internal users with concern, care, and empathy.
- Works to maintain our security posture utilizing EPP, RMM and other management services.
- Supports workstation and server systems.
- Maintain inventory of company assets and maintain system lifecycles.
- Configure, repair and support Windows 11 laptops, macOS systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Designs, implements, installs, maintains, and administers systems including hardware, software, and various configurations.
- Monitors overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately.
- Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures.
- Works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures.
- May have sole responsibility for projects and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, systems administration, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Work Environment
- This is an in-office role reporting into Forcura’s Jacksonville, FL, offices.
