Job Description


We are looking to hire a Marketing Leader. You will be accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing & Brand strategy for the company and play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans. The position covers the full marketing mix; strategic planning, market research & analysis, web & print advertising, email communications, viral marketing & social media and PR."You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Develop a strategic plan from brand and positioning to the implementation of comprehensive marketing and internal communication strategies, from inception to completion, for expansion and growth in the MENA region.
  • Develop marketing strategies and advocate for integrated campaigns based on identified brand image across a range of target audiences and markets.
  • Execute internal and external communication strategies, sales promotions, and special events to drive sales.
  • Lead the creation and development of the digital marketing strategy including analytics and user experience; CRM; social media; search engine marketing, Influencer marketing etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, demographics, and economic factors to determine project growth potential.
  • Direct CRM strategic marketing plan to drive increased activity through customer engagement and retention in the funnel.
  • Oversee marketing projects, including development brief, design monitoring in line with feasibility and financial returns, marketing, and transactions, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product, finance, and compliance to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the guardrails to achieve the goals.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends, demographic shifts, and competitor activities, leverage new market opportunities, benchmark against competitors, and make recommendations for market expansion and sustainable growth.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or growth hacking with 4 + years in a leadership role, experience in fintech or blockchain space is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and growth for digital products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data analytics and attribution modelling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for cryptocurrency and the potential of blockchain technology.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing channels (PPC, affiliate marketing).
  • Experience with content marketing and social media management.
  • Experience in building and managing marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in developing and managing a high-growth team.

  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency exchange industry is a plus.
