Overview:


WiredPeople is looking for a Public Health Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator to join our public health teams. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.The ideal candidate is a

bilingual (Spanish and English) 


high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:


  • Conducts lead searches and recruits assigned sampled persons for participation 
  • Schedule interviews for sampled persons who agree to participate 
  • Document all work in data systems 
  • Assist the project coordinator with marketing the project with providers and community partners 
  • Assist the project coordinator with presenting project data to providers and to community stakeholders in accordance with the data dissemination plan.

Qualifications:


  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in public health or working on a degree in public health.
  • Must be able to speak fluent Spanish.
  • Two years of experience in patient services, customer service, sales, or related field interacting directly with client.
  • One year of experience with data entry preferably in the medical field with knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Two years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
