Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly entrepreneurial, creative, and flexible individual to drive expansion and adoption of the e-signature platform within the physician market.  As a Provider Engagement Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

You will work closely with healthcare providers, organizations, and stakeholders to develop and implement engagement strategies that foster growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance overall healthcare delivery.  If you’re looking to join a team of motivated individuals at one of Jacksonville’s fastest-growing companies, then consider our open Provider Engagement Consultant role.This role requires a high-energy individual who has excellent communication and organization skills. The Provider Engagement Consultant will work directly with our clients and physicians across the US to ensure they have a solid understanding of the functionality and efficiencies that Forcura provides.  Passion for customers’ success, outcome-focused, positive attitude, independent working style, and excellent presentation skills are critical for success in this role.Job Duties

  • Clearly communicate strategies, recommendations, and findings to clients through presentations, reports, and other mediums
  • Effectively manage projects, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of engagement initiatives
  • Consult with clients and providers on their current challenges with a curious mind to best advocate and make recommendations on the product
  • Review and analyze different data sets to help with outreach and effectively demonstrate how adoption of the platform is directly making a positive impact on the business’ cash flow
  • Be an expert on the product and our clients’ workflow including how the e-signature platform interacts with the rest of the Forcura platform
  • Be the primary point of contact for e-signature uplift implementations
  • Hold discovery calls, trainings, and several check ins with clients with actionable goals identified after each call
  • Maintain a project tracker and detailed notes on client progress
  • Attend client business reviews over the client’s life cycle to provide updated data and recommendations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in healthcare
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS and/or healthcare experience
  • Prior experience in servicing physicians or other healthcare providers
  • Strong analytical skills and with master knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, etc)
