Join us in shaping the future of online retail!The Role:As an Associate Account Executive, you'll be a crucial part of our revenue engine, identifying, qualifying and closing high-potential leads and for our game-changing subscription platform.

You'll be the first point of contact for exciting DTC brands, setting the stage for long-term partnerships and driving our growth.What You'll Do:• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach• Qualify leads by understanding their e-commerce business models and needs• Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit and generate interest in Smartrr• Showcase Smartrr's value proposition through engaging product presentations• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Hubspot)• Contribute to the refinement of our sales process and outreach strategies• Stay current on e-commerce trends and Smartrr's evolving product offeringsWhat We're Looking For:• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce• Experience generating and closing an outbound book of business• Strong prospecting skills and ability to build rapport quickly• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to various audiences• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environmentWhy Smartrr:• Competitive compensation: $60-110k OTE (base + commission OTE, uncapped earning potential)• Equity through company stock options• Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)• 401(k) with 100% company match• Professional development and growth opportunities• Exciting perks: commuter benefits, One Medical membership, team eventsJoin us in transforming the e-commerce landscape!
