Join our Enterprise Collaboration Team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our Microsoft 365 environments. The primary focus of this position will be Microsoft 365 administration, requiring the candidate to be a subject matter expert in multiple systems. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter capable of simultaneously prioritizing and managing a variety of complex tasks and support activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements


  • 4+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other 365 applications.
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory).
  • Proven experience in user administration, including account management, licensing, and group permissions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailbox administration and calendar management.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online management and troubleshooting in a retail environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams administration, focusing on governance and audit cycles.
  • General knowledge of PowerShell and experience in command execution.
  • Competence in troubleshooting client-side applications on Windows and Mac.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts with troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Experience managing ticket queues and vendor escalations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with end users for technical support and feedback.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • Knowledge of on-premise Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with AvePoint or Purview Governance Tools.
  • Microsoft Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other 365 applications.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant security, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, permissions, and groups within Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory).
  • Handle Exchange Online tasks, such as mailbox administration, distribution list management, and calendar support.
  • Oversee SharePoint Online in a retail environment, including site management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Administer and govern Microsoft Teams, including audit cycles and governance activities.
  • Utilize PowerShell for command execution and script management.
  • Troubleshoot client-side applications on both Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Understand networking concepts and apply this knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Manage ticket queues, vendor escalations, and end-user technical support interactions.
  • Maintain workstation operating systems, including registry settings and logging.
  • Continuously learn and support new technologies as required.
  • Collaborate with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback.
  • Execute external guest audits, 3rd party app consent automation, and cloud service account retirement.
  • Harden public and large 365 groups, and disable legacy authentication protocols in Microsoft 365.
