What We Offer:
- Starting Salary: $75,000 per year
- Performance Bonuses: Potential to earn $85,000-$100,000 in the first year
- Comprehensive Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, net profit bonus, sales performance bonuses, and additional commissions based on sales account management
What You'll Do:
As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the workroom’s success. You will lead a dedicated team, spearhead sales and marketing efforts, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This role offers autonomy and the chance to rebuild and grow a business after a leadership transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process for key accounts, generate new business, and manage referral networks. Set and achieve sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Marketing Strategy: Oversee marketing initiatives to keep our brand front and center, ensuring consistent lead generation and business growth.
- Team Management: Build and lead a diverse team across sales, operations, and production. Manage hiring, training, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth facility performance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and collaborate with our bookkeeper to maintain budgets and ensure financial health.
- Project Management: Oversee all project stages, from order management to fabrication and installation. Ensure that quality control standards are met and that the team operates efficiently.
