have a developed hunch for what performs on socials and what doesn't + know how to manage (captivate and convert) attention of social media users

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media advertisements across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver creative solutions that bring results
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies
Work within project timelines, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically creating ads for social media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in social media advertising.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, their ad formats, and best practices.
Strong foundation in Marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Bonus points:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Direct response copywriting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
