Our mission is to provide industry-leading Identity Management solutions so that employees and customers can safely and efficiently access applications.Through our shared passion for IAM and belief in IDMWORKS’ values we have built a collaborative company culture like no other.Position: Sr. Technical Analyst- OKTAExperience: 4 – 8 YearsTechnology: OktaPrimary Responsibilities:● Provide real-time resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issue● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem determination, workaroundresolution, root cause analysis, major incident management, etc.● Should be able to handle Okta enhancement work, able to debug complex Okta issues,knowledge of Rules, Task and configuration is a must.● Very good in documentation and should be able to write FAQs, Artifacts, and otherknowledge management documents● On-Call: willingness to receive calls and support during off-office hours and over weekends(as required)● Willingness to learn new technology (primary and secondary skill)● Perform development and enhancement activities based on customer requirements● Guide team to perform day-to-day operations and mentor them to enhance their skills● Skillful to get knowledge of existing implementation from customer/vendor● Provide assistance and cover for other team members● Play the role of an individual contributor and become a focal point of contact for customer● Gather requirements from customers for enhancement requests● Provide a high level of customer service with pro-active communication● Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues● Should be able to provide inputs for Weekly Status Report/Periodic Status ReportExperience● Extensive customer support and management experience● 4 – 8 years of IAM experience and at least 2 years in Okta.

Exposure to other IAM productsis an added advantage.Knowledge Requirements● Knowledge of IAM using Okta● Knowledge of Incident management tool● Excellent analytical approach and problem-solving skills● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)● Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)● Knowledge of Java, or similar object-oriented programming language a plus● Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)● Understanding of software development life cycle, source control, and support tools● ITIL v3 Foundation or above is a plusApply for this job
