What You'll Do:


As our Interior Design Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to turn their vision into reality. You’ll be the go-to expert on all things design, helping them choose the best window treatments and awnings to elevate their spaces. Your role will be a mix of client engagement, sales strategy, and project management, ensuring that every detail is perfect from start to finish.

  • Design Enthusiast: You have experience in in-home sales or interior design, and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
  • Sales Star: You've got a track record of hitting targets and thriving in sales roles.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re great at connecting with clients and team members, both in person and through email.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
  • Customer-Focused: Building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service is second nature to you.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for managing multiple projects and staying organized.

Your Day-to-Day:


  • Client Engagement:
  • Network with potential clients through various channels, from home shows to local businesses.
  • Collaborate with builders, designers, and past clients to expand your client base.
  • Deliver outstanding service to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Conduct in-home consultations to showcase our beautiful products.
  • Recommend the perfect window treatments or awnings to suit each unique space.
  • Close sales with confidence and flair.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee every project from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
  • Track orders, manage quotes, and coordinate with the sales admin to keep everything on schedule.
  • Account Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients, installers, and vendors.
  • Follow up with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction.
  • Get creative with promoting your work on social media and generating new leads.
