We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President of Biller Genie. The ideal candidate will be a confident and organized individual, capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This role requires a professional who can anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is an on-site, in-office position based in the Orlando area near International Drive, minutes from I-4 and the Turnpike.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the President's calendar and schedule, coordinating and confirming meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for business trips, meetings, and trade shows.
- Act as a liaison between the President and the company's internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the President is well-prepared for meetings and events by providing necessary materials.
- Assist in coordinating company-wide events, such as team-building activities and holiday parties.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as required by Management.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting CEOs and/or additional C-Level executives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Ability to perform in a high-energy, high-expectation environment.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Proactive problem solver; doesn’t wait to be directed.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
- High professional demeanor, positive outlook, and can-do attitude.
- Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
