Role Mission:
As an Online Sales Consultant, you will coordinate and manage sales leads generated online through digital interaction, phone calls/messages, and social media.? You will be tasked with facilitating a customer inquiry through the product and community identification stage. Your goal will be to schedule meetings for sales consultants – gathering adequate info prior to the meeting in order to provide the sales consultant with a selling advantage. You will also manage relationships with customers that inquire until they agree to visit with an on-site sales consultant.? You will be a member of the Sales Team, be involved in all sales team activities, and have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities.

Accountabilities:
- Respond quickly, accurately, and persuasively to all leads generated online (email, social media, Live Chat, phone calls/messages) from various sources.
- Lead management and effective use of our CRM to input information and gather data.
- Provides consistent follow-up with all lead activities based on established milestones.?
- Qualify leads based on individual preferences and product interest.
- Adept at overcoming various sales objections and concerns.
- Set and schedule appointments for on-site sales consultants.
- Provide sales consultants with information that will give them a selling advantage.
- Maintain Esperanza Homes CRM database of leads with updated information and customer notes.
- Track and report on conversion statistics.
- Contact real estate brokers and schedule presentations for on-site sales representatives to increase broker participation at Esperanza Homes communities
- Participate in all sales team activities.
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- 4 Year Degree or related experience in Home Sales (1+ year)
