Position Overview
Work with Marketing, Ecommerce, Partners, and Product teams to help engage, retain, and grow revenue across various B2C product lines. This role requires handling inbound and outbound phone calls daily, regular email correspondence with customers, flexibility in your day-to-day responsibilities, learning and adaptation of operational workflows, and confidence to improvise as needed. Applicants must be able to work the following shift:Sunday - Thursday, 10am-7pm CST
Responsibilities
• Ability to assist a high volume of consumers by phone, chat and email. • Comfort with walking customers through a phone sale, from product recommendation all the way through to payment. • Manage your workload, follow ups, and cases in Intercom. • Contribute directly to team performance targets monthly. • Provide empathetic, top-tier service to every customer and contact you engage with. Requirements• Previous experience within modern CRM's a plus (Intercom, Zendesk, Kustomer).• Ability to work a schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends.
• 1+ year call center / customer service experience.• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent leadership, problem solving, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
