ABOUT THE ROLE


As an Enterprise Implementation Manager you will be the primary point of contact for Pallet’s largest customers. You will run the process internally and ensure that all parts of a go-live is tracked including data migrations, training, product gaps, integrations, and more. You will be responsible for mapping the core workflows of the customer in their current system and documenting how you’ll achieve them in Pallet. You will work with trainers and mid-market implementation managers, to execute on the training program that you create. Someone in this role should be organized, have a strong ability to engage with customers and handle hot accounts, understand operational workflows, and lead a team internally to execute on complex implementations with external stakeholders.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON


  • Manage end-to-end integration of TMS and WMS for Pallet’s largest clients, ensuring seamless system transitions.
  • Analyze and tailor operational workflows to enhance efficiency and alignment with Pallet’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training for clients, ensuring effective use of Pallet’s platforms.
  • Oversee data migration processes, maintaining integrity and compatibility between systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, managing escalations and maintaining project timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

YOU HAVE


  • Over 6 years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Professional Services Manager, Senior Implementations Manager, or Consultant.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-month software implementations for user bases exceeding 100.
  • Skilled in training large groups on complex software systems and quickly grasping technical concepts like APIs and EDIs.
  • Comfortable in technology-driven environments, effectively translating technical language for diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with C-suite executives, de-escalate conflicts, and resolve issues.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of understanding and documenting operational workflows, optimizing processes, and creating tailored training materials.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities, maintaining high performance under pressure, identifying service gaps, and collaborating on solutions to improve customer experiences.

  • PMP, CAPM or other project management certifications 
  • Implementing supply-chain software systems 
  • Start up experience
