Are you a detail-oriented professional with instincts for optimizing processes and supporting cross-functional teams? At Goalbook, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Operations team to provide general sales ops support and project manage RFPs. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to streamline our RFP processes and contribute to key sales operations initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact workflows that drive our sales success and enhance our operational efficiency.At Goalbook, we are focused on building a sustainable long-term business with a positive team experience that achieves impact, and our company’s operations reflect these ideals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the inner workings of a business, and who is motivated to contribute to those functions that keep a business running and impactful.

Key Responsibilities 


- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams including Partnerships, Success, Engineering, and Legal Operations to gather information and project manage RFP processes, ensuring that our submissions meet all of a customer’s requirements.- Build Goalbook’s RFP content knowledge base and evaluate new software tools to refine the existing process.- Help oversee the Sales Operations queue, handling business team requests and recurring tasks, while looking for potential process and efficiency improvements.- Participate in implementation of business team process changes and support the development of sales ops documentation and user training programs.- Assist with Salesforce reports by evaluating data integrity, performing data management, and configuring reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience


- Salesforce Admin experience required (certification preferred)- 2+ years of project management experience- 2+ years of Sales Operations experience- Experience working in a deadline driven environment- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills- Detail oriented - you can catch small details and read the fine print

Travel


Travel is required, including for onboarding, professional development, and multiple times a year for in person team events.
