Today, our responsibilities span technical implementations of our products and services, configuration of healthcare plans and networks, healthcare data feed configuration and validation, defining and configuring reporting, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, comprehensive testing and validation, and more.We’re also building for the future by improving the efficiency and quality of our implementations; working cross functionally with engineering and product leaders to improve the design of our products; working cross functionally with sales and customer success leaders to solve customer problems during the sales process; and more.
Job Summary:
As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for launching and maintaining a high-quality experience for our most important and strategic customer accounts. You will work cross functionally with key account and engineering leaders to execute project plans and deliver impactful results for our team, our customers, and our members. Our ideal candidate has previous technical experience configuring and customizing complex software solutions for customers. They execute multiple large projects simultaneously, proactively anticipate problems, and work independently to find solutions to problems that arise.
They are comfortable translating technical topics for both non-technical and technical audiences. They care about launching high-quality experiences for our customers and have a strong attention to detail.We value strong team players that are humble, driven, and people-smart.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Launch Managers to launch Included Health Services for large and strategic customer accounts
- Partner with the engineering teams on new customization requests and optimization opportunities.
- Own the solution as the liaison between the customer and engineering.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and engineering to support existing accounts.
- Quickly root-case issues and provide thoughtful solutions
- Represent Included Health as the technical contact on calls with our customers and their partners
- Encourage and mentor the technical growth of your teammates
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering capacity or similar role involving a blend of technical and programming fundamentals & working with both internal and external customers
- Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities for better operational processes and business opportunities, with the ability to execute and deliver impactful solutions.
- Established pattern of success when working remotely
- B.S. or equivalent degree or experience
Pay:
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:Zone A: $94,070-$122,290 + equity + benefits Zone B: $ $108,181-$140,634 + equity + benefits Zone C: $ $117,588-$152,863 + equity + benefits Zone D: $ $122,291 - $158,977 + equity + benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
