Job Description: 


We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Account Manager with a strong track record of high performance. You will be responsible for all aspects of our renewal process,working with our customer support team to prevent account issues proactively and establish strategic relationships within our customer base.

What you will get to do:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate renewal contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Increase sales and market share through existing customer expansion
  • Own the renewal process for all accounts from start to finish, including finalizing signed renewal order forms
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers during renewals
  • Partner with the Customer Success Team to identify the health of each customer 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status and forecasting
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

What we are looking for:


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quota to ensure growth and meeting sales activity metrics
  • Solid experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
