Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to support the CEO in driving the growth and success of Reltio. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives, managing priorities, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be establishing and maintaining operational cadence across the organization, ensuring alignment, fostering accountability, and enabling the effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Cadence: Establish and maintain the operational cadence of the organization, including regular meetings, reviews, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance against established targets and benchmarks. Identify areas of concern or underperformance and work with department heads to develop action plans for improvement. Establish and maintain systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics across all departments and functions.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from company-wide metrics and performance data. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Executive Decision Support: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the CEO based on data-driven insights and analysis. Assist in evaluating strategic opportunities, investments, and potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, investors, and external partners. Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements as needed.

Skills You Must Have:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning, data analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in the Tech industry preferably in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of relevant metrics and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results through innovation and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a commitment to upholding company values and ethics.

We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right.
