CareDx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Production Controller to join the Stockholm, Sweden office. In this position as a Production Controller, you will play a key role at CareDx in providing efficient, reliable and proactive financial analysis to the management and operations, working closely with VP of Operations and Corporate Controller. You will be responsible for product calculations, inventory valuations and for ensuring that the accounting reflects the business accurately. You will support reporting and analytics for Inventory and COGS for the production units in Stockholm and the sales office in the US. The Production Controller will be part of the finance team and report to the EMEA Controller, located in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
- Product calculation, inventory valuation and calculation of subsidiary and consolidated gross margins
- Financial analysis and follow-up in close collaboration with the Production Managers and Site Controllers
- Budget, forecast and analysis of the Group’s inventories and COGS
- Handling large amounts of data in different currencies
- Analysis of forecast and result
- Calculation and analysis of overhead costs
- Operational support and advice to management
- Continually develop and improve processes and ways of working
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a Production Controller or similar
- Professional analytic skills and knowledge of general ledger accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills and use of automated accounting systems required
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in all your deliverables
