About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Growth Marketing to lead our growth strategies across all channels. This role is crucial in scaling our user base, optimizing customer acquisition, and driving long-term brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset, a creative problem solver, and a proven leader in growth marketing.As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will support marketing goals and help the team conduct marketing campaigns that create awareness around the product.
You will help own innovative UA and Growth Marketing strategies to drive growth and performance. Your role will involve analyzing and optimizing channel performance, owning a $1M monthly budget, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with our mission and long-term goals.
Lead the optimization of marketing channels, including digital, social, content, and partnerships, to maximize ROI and achieve scalable growth.
Operating towards clearly defined goals in a marketing sprint cadence, collaborating with the marketing creative and live operations teams
Conducting thorough, creative analysis and cooperating with the design team on new concepts
Driving innovation and growth through constant experiments, A/B testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science
Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns, explore new and innovative ideas across marketing channels, leverage targeting and personalization data, and develop automated solutions
Making developments and enhancements according to user needs and designing projects
Measure, report, and communicate UA activities, performance metrics, and insights with leadership on a regular cadence
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or other relevant fields.
Proven track record of improving ROI.
Creative and results-oriented mindset.
Strong understanding and experience with iOS and Android stores.
Keen to learn new skills and work with new technologies and networks, staying current with market trends.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills.
Bonuses:
You have worked in fintech, gaming, or consumer social startups.
You have experience with Data Driven Marketing Experience and/or have spent time in Investment banking at a top tier consulting firm.
Data-savvy with deep knowledge of marketing technologies and performance metrics.
