Job Summary: 


We are seeking a driven and experienced program manager to join our growing Training & Enablement team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing impactful enablement programs that empower our GTM organization (Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Alliances, Business Development, Professional Services) and occasionally organizations outside the GTM, to achieve their full potential. You will be a strategic thinker, an execution powerhouse, and a trusted advisor to our stakeholders, influencing a shift in perspectives and driving innovation in how we approach enablement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Play a key role in fostering a positive and productive team and company culture that drives outstanding results and develops strong, cohesive teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps in sales skills and processes, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training and enablement programs across the GTM organization.
  • Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and program success.
  • Provide leadership and contribute to the sales enablement strategy and planning processes that directly impact the accomplishment of company financial results.
  • Utilize established expertise to oversee large, cross-functional initiatives, encompassing risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution to meet business objectives and drive results.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems that impact the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and the productivity of the sales team.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences utilizing diverse formats (e.g., in-person workshops, eLearning modules, coaching), and identify and implement best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, execution, and evaluation.
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs through data analysis, reporting, and leveraging your experience to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to enablement, and guide the enablement roadmap accordingly.
  • Cross-train members of the Training & Enablement team.

Skills You Must Have: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs, sales playbooks, and onboarding materials..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of conducting engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Ability to facilitate regular communication and feedback loops between sales and other departments.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in measuring program impact.
  • Management and leadership capabilities, coupled with humility, grit, and genuine care for others.
  • Passion for learning and development and a desire to make a difference.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies 

Skills That Are Nice to Have:


  • Experience working in a Saas company
  • Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach and Skilljar
  • Understanding of customer-centric sales strategies and approaches
  • MBA or other advanced degree

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. Overall Market Range$111,000—$220,000 USDReltio is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
