The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and confidential individual with exceptional communication, project management and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments. Prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless operations. Attend meetings and take notes, action items and track progress.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and documents. Prepare and proofread confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute high-level meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various topics, compile data, and prepare informative reports to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the CEO and key contacts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Docs/sheets/slides and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement
- 8 or more years of experience as an executive assistant supporting VP level or above
This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role will be onsite at the company’s HQ in Redwood City and the individual is expected to be in the office 2-3 days/week. The anticipated salary range for chosen candidate is $130,000 - $150,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.
