About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Operations to partner with our CEO and leadership team to efficiently scale the organization, and manage our Finance, People, and Recruiting teams. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting our ambitious goal of becoming the #1 product experience insights platform. Your leadership will be essential in business planning, forecasting, go-to-market strategies, and scaling the organization thoughtfully.We’re looking for a leader who has experience scaling growth-stage startups, specifically partnering with go-to-market leaders to scale their functions.
You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure that our operations are aligned with our strategic objectives and consistently drive the company forward. This role is based in our San Francisco office, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
Your Impact
- Growth and Scalability: Identify opportunities for growth and scalability within various functions and develop strategies to support our business growth. Ensure our operational infrastructure can support rapid growth and evolving business needs.
- Financial Management: Mange the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making and maintain financial health.
- Talent and Culture: Oversee the Recruiting and People functions to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that results in employee engagement and retention.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure all departments are working efficiently and effectively. Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives and improve cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
Your Strengths
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations or finance, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- 2-4 years of experience as a people manager.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow, preferably with experience in a growth-stage startup (Series B to Series F).
- Ability to align teams on identified metrics.
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset - You’ll work hard and motivate your team to do the same, bringing out their full potential.
- Adaptability - You understand that change is constant and you embrace it, you move quickly, and you encourage continued improvement.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000 - $265,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
