Job Summary:


The Reltio Senior Manager of Cloud Alliances will be responsible for management and nourishment of our global cloud provider relationships with Microsoft Azure & Databricks and driving significant growth in pipeline and revenue through the joint alliance. The candidate will own delivery of Reltio’s Go-to-Market strategy with both Microsoft Azure and Databricks, as well as other Microsoft-aligned partnerships in the future. This individual will work closely with the rest of the Global Alliances organization as well as the Field Sales organization and Product Management on our Cloud Strategy execution.The candidate will author business development plans, aligned to overall partnership goals and objectives.

Must be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships. Will be accountable for maintaining a pipeline of global joint selling opportunities with Microsoft Azure and Databricks and delivering partner-sourced revenue.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day-to-day alliance relationship and activities with Azure and Databricks;
  • Accountable for working with cross functional teams from Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal and Enablement to build and execute an alliance plan to grow pipeline and revenue;
  • Own global alliance business development efforts and activities to drive and grow partner sourced revenue;
  • Expand existing relationships and enable our existing partners by developing go-to-market strategies;
  • Be a strong spokesperson and evangelist for Cloud Alliances with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, the joint value proposition to sales leaders and their teams as well as Azure and Databricks teams;
  • Assess cloud provider needs on an on-going basis, set goals to meet those needs, track progress and maintain the relationship;
  • Develop an understanding of cloud provider business, strategy, operations and technology;
  • Identify and maximize partner funding programs for marketing, sales product development and customer credits
  • Drive, maintain and present a pipeline of current and prospective opportunities designed to drive visibility, revenue, customers and extend Reltio’s footprint;
  • Collaborate closely with cloud provider and Reltio Field Sales teams and Field Marketing teams to organize joint events which drive demand generation, pipeline expansion and revenue;
  • Promote the Azure Marketplace strategies and drive execution through third party vendors;
  • Facilitate ongoing engineering and PM meetings to drive joint roadmap discussions;
  • Facilitate alliance and Reltio sales team alignment, target account nomination and opportunity planning to drive joint license wins;
  • Understand and manage the competitive landscape and assess strategic opportunities jointly with cloud providers

Skills You Must Have:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in alliances business development / sales roles across key the Azure ecosystem
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with strategy development, partnership management and development in the technology industry
  • Reputation and strong network within the Azure and Databricks ecosystems
  • Experience in managing and maintaining top/premier level partner-tiering requirements and maximizing associated benefits and funding programs
  • Knowledge of the MDM landscape. 
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery models especially in the data management domain;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Proven track record establishing and maintaining strong, productive partner relationships;
  • Reporting and analysis capability, including strong analytical skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail;
  • Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude;
  • Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills a must;
  • Sales DNA to shape, drive, grow and perform new opportunities; thrilled to help customers buy and solving their biggest data challenges in close co-makership with the Reltio sales team and partners  
  • Can do mentality and proven track record of  high growth performance

Skills That Are Nice to Have: 


  • Master’s Degree/MBA or equivalent educational background is preferred
