The Role:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a strong engineering team in building Arine’s Virtual Pharmacist platform. This candidate will have a direct impact on the infrastructure and delivery of our core enterprise data offerings. The Scrum Master will orchestrate development and assist our multiple, growing Engineering teams. The Scrum Master’s responsibilities will include ensuring development teams follow our Agile framework and processes while mentoring and motivating the teams to successfully deliver.
They will eliminate team impediments, facilitate meetings and decision-making processes. This role will also coordinate directly with the Product team and Director of Implementations to ensure timely programmatic deliverables. This role will be responsible for the communication of deliverables at a project level to the company at large, and will be responsible for the oversight of 2-3 engineering teams' schedules to support timely delivery.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Determining and managing issues, bugs, risks, and action items
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
- Monitoring progress and performance to help teams make planning and delivery improvements
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Tracking project processes deliverables to business and product
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain collaborative partnership with the Product team
- Balance company/customer expectations with internal technical needs
- Maintain project plans with relevant team members
- Identify and schedule resources needed for project elements
- Oversee the implementation schedule of project deliverables
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
- Certified Scrum Master
- 3+ years experience with JIRA
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
- 3 years of experience in IT, project management or a related field
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to deliver solutions
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria.
The salary range for this position is: $130,000-150,000/year.
