The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO at Arine. This critical role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO's productivity and effectiveness, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and facilitating seamless communication within and outside the organization.
What You'll be Doing:
- Manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
- Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended or led by the CEO
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively provide administrative support to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in a technology or fast-paced start-up environments
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and handle multiple priorities effectively
- High level of integrity, professionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Travel and Other Information:
- For candidates local to the San Francisco Bay Area, the ability to commute to our office on Market Street in San Francisco at least 2-3 days/week

Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria.
The salary range for this position is: $100,000-120,000/year.
