The Task At Hand:
The Strategic Revenue Management Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director of Analytics and is responsible for driving profitable growth by constantly evaluating and challenging contribution margin improvements. The SRM Analyst will lead retail pricing recommendations, customer segmentation & profitability, SKU Mix, promo optimization opportunities, and scenario planning.
In This Role, You Will Support:
Pricing Strategy
• Develop and improve strategies around pricing architecture, reviewing elasticities quarterly with Key Stakeholders and providing guidance on cost improvements• Create and continuously refine optimal market prices across channels and spending categories to effectively drive SRPs• Manage Pricing Elasticity, maximizing margin x consumer value• Review and own inputs cross-functionally, working closely with the leadership team on pricing across COGS/Trade and delivering recommendations semi-annually for CM improvement
Product Mix Management
• Collect inputs for quarterly analysis for CM across the company by working with all departments• Utilize contribution margins and velocities to make recommendations on product offerings/opportunity gaps to close• Manage SKU Rationalization / Prioritization and Mix, completed semi-annually with Category/Brand and Ops recommendations delivered via stage gate• Review findings post-decision to validate
Other Areas of Focus
• Elevate internal analytics by improving enterprise reporting for sales, pricing, and margin opportunities• Work on projects as requested by the leadership team• Attend meetings and seminars, and evaluate 3rd party tools to enhance capabilities within the department• Budget & Plan Reporting
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• 2-5 years of professional experience conducting analytics, P&L Management, Mix Management, Pricing Analytics, and forecasting• Degree in Finance, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics with related work experience, or equivalent years of professional experience preferred• Proven track record of revenue growth management or strategic revenue responsibilities• Knowledge of data warehouse fundamentals & development• Proficiency in analytical tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and machine learning libraries• Experience modeling disparate data sets and visualizing data with the ability to convey meaningful and accurate insights• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities and business needs• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely; strong presentation skills• Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year.

Compensation:
• Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt• The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
