About the Role: Performs inbound trim inspections and inventory accuracy audits. The inspections are done to check the quality level of the product being made in the manufacturing facilities. Performs outbound trim and quantity accuracy audit and cycle counts the facilities inventory levels to maintain accuracy.


Essential Job Functions


  • Opens inbound cases to inspect garments for case quantity and trim integrity.

  • Recording inbound plant accuracy by plant/division, reporting all errors to supervision.

  • Captures inbound garment volume and weight and enters data into WMS system.

  • Physically counts stock in the active warehouse and researches errors as needed.

  • Opens outbound cases and inspects garments for case quantity and trim integrity.

  • Generates outbound packing accuracy report, maintains the packers’ errors, and reports them to the packer and supervision.

Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies


  • High school graduate, or equivalent work experience

  • More than six months but less than one year of relevant work experience

  • Collects and researches data.

  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

  • Writes clearly and informatively.

  • Presents numerical data effectively, able to read and interpret written information.

  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

  • General computer and typing skills
