ABOUT THE ROLE


Pallet is looking to launch a new product vertical into the courier sector “last-mile delivery” and we are looking for a Product Manager to work alongside our current Founding PM, Engineering, Design, Sales, Account Managers and Executive team to own key strategic product initiatives related to this new product launch. 

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON


  • Craft and convey product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs. Set long-term goals and outline Pallet’s product roadmap within the courier industry.
  • Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to meet product objectives on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns for prioritizing features and enhancing the product.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility and manage product roadmaps, adjusting based on feedback on market changes.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future development priorities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless, intuitive user experience meeting diverse user needs in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and market needs.

YOU HAVE


  • 2-8 years of B2B product management experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Strong leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Experience gathering customer feedback, prioritizing features, and managing product roadmaps based on market needs.
  • Proficiency in defining and monitoring KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide future development.
  • Collaborative approach in ensuring seamless user experience and alignment with go-to-market strategies.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION RANGE
