What You Will Do:
- Champion Drivemode's growth and foster a diverse and inclusive culture
- Align HR initiatives with business priorities to support the company's expansion
- Develop and nurture partnerships with leaders and employees to grasp their unique needs and translate them into organizational and people-focused opportunities
- Drive performance management, talent development & feedback, retention & engagement as well as compensation programs
- Analyze organizational needs, and propose, design, and implement talent management initiatives based on Drivemode culture
- Provide counsel and guidance on employee-related matters
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle
- Analyze trends & use data to develop people's insights and influence positive change
What We Are Looking For:
- A mix of experience in both fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
- 5 years of HRBP experience in tech, with at least 2 years of experience supporting Engineering, Product and Design teams
- Demonstrated capability in developing, refining, and implementing people-centric processes and initiatives with a commitment to efficiency and maintaining a positive employee experience
- A proactive “can do” attitude and ability pivot on the fly
$135,000 - $170,000 a yearThis is the position's total compensation package including the company's bonus structure. This position also comes with full benefits. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
