Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a HubSpot Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for our key clients utilizing HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing these relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's functionalities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive client success and satisfaction.Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients utilizing HubSpot.
Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and objectives to align HubSpot solutions accordingly.
Act as the main point of contact for all communication between the company and the key clients.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's features, tools, and capabilities.
Provide guidance to clients on maximizing the value of HubSpot for their specific business needs.
Stay updated on the latest HubSpot updates and industry best practices.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client retention and growth.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business from existing clients.
Offer ongoing support to address any issues, questions, or concerns raised by clients.
Work closely with the customer support team to resolve technical challenges promptly.
Monitor and analyze clients' usage and performance metrics within HubSpot.
Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the impact of HubSpot on their business.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated expertise in working with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information
