Senior Growth Analyst, Data Science
We're looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Data Science team, with a particular focus on supporting the Growth team. This is a contract role based out of Brazil.
The Impact you will make
- Partner with the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to identify key growth levers and user acquisition strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests, funnel analysis, and user segmentation studies to understand user behavior and measure the impact of product changes.
- Develop and implement data-driven models to predict user engagement, churn, and other key metrics.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion a data-driven culture within the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating data into actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data science techniques and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our data infrastructure and analysis capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Proven experience in analyzing user behavior data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, etc).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to a wide audience.
- A collaborative and results-oriented work style, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science and engineering fields
Bonus if you have
- Experience working in a growth-focused environment.
- Familiarity with the creator industry.
- A strong understanding of data pipelines and data infrastructure.
