About The Role


We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Content Licensing team, which isresponsible for acquiring new Content Partners for Go1–from the identification of relevant leads to the signature of a contract. As a Content Licensing Associate, you will directly contribute to this acquisition journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and transformative environment, where your skills and expertise will directly impact the success and development of our Content Partnerships, at the heart of what the Go1 catalog offers its customers!You'll be part of our collaborative team, based across our Berlin and Paris offices, which values innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement–making every day a rewarding and exciting journey.A few important notes about this position:

  • Please note this is a 12-month limited contract 
  • You can work in a hybrid setup from our offices in Berlin or Paris, or fully remote within Germany, France or the UK. We can only hire candidates who are based in these countries and already have the legal right to work there.

What You Will Do


  • Supporting the Content Licensing Manager in all steps of the Content Partner acquisition journey (qualification, discovery, technical assessments, negotiation, and contracting)
  • Managing incoming requests in the Lead Management System
  • Reaching out to leads to request information and schedule discovery meetings
  • Reviewing course files and metadata and uploading them to our testing platform
  • Tracking and reporting on the Content Partner Pipeline each month
  • Improving our communications assets in collaboration with Product Marketing
  • Conducting research on potential new leads in coherence with the Go1 Content Roadmap

What You Need To Have


  • Profile: You have 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or licensing. You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 
  • E-learning Enthusiast: You understand the strategic and commercial landscape of a B2B SAAS platform and how this relates to content partnerships. 
  • Fluent English: You demonstrate full business proficiency
  • Autonomy & Process Improvement Mindset: You work independently and have an innate desire to improve processes and workflows, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and driving positive change.
  • Success in Working Cross-functionally: The ability to foster trust and cooperation and to work collaboratively on achieving shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to adapt your interpersonal style and commercial mindset to different environments, and to articulate and write clearly. 
  • A huge plus: Prior experience working with and managing workflows in Airtable.
