What you'll do


  • Client relationship management: Work in an assigned territory reporting to a Territory Manager and assist them with their client inquiries. These inquiries include but are not limited to appetite questions, submission support, account referral follow up, and binding support, payment processing assistance, and Agency set up in the Pathpoint system.
  • Proactive account follow up: Calling agents to follow up on information requests
  • Data management: Maintain CRM across various platforms including Salesforce, Retool, and Ascend.
  • Collaboration and communication: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, product and engineering.
  • Performance: Achieve weekly KPI targets.
  • Training and development: Participate in training programs and professional development activities to expand knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and best practices.

What we look for


  • Bachelors degree in business or related.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with both clients and colleagues.
  • Past sales or client management experience a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in technology platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Retool, Notion, and Ascend is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated team player, where success is achieved through teamwork (experience in team sports, clubs, etc preferred but not required).
