Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare month-end financial reporting that includes actuals to forecast and actualsto budget comparison and commentary.
- Assists management in preparing and maintaining the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.This will also include weekly cash management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecast updates and cash flowmanagement (documents the drivers and changes vs expectations).
- Deliver insights based on financial modeling, data, and other information.
- Assist management in maintaining, gathering, and completing all requirements for internal andexternal audits.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to the executive leadership team.
- Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting and finance processesensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance
- Ability to problem solve autonomously and interpret data
- Detail oriented and strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
- Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with various applications; MS Access, MS Word, MS Excelrequired
Bonus Points:
- Gaming Industry Experience
- Experience with month-end close processes
- Prior experience preparing information for audits
- CPA, Master’s Degree
- Working knowledge of Accounting and Payroll software and systems such as QuickBooks

Tripwire Interactive offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package (401K, health care, quarterly profit share) and a professional but non-corporate environment.
REMOTE (In the Atlanta, GA area preferred, but not required)

Core Hours: 10am to 4pm EST
Salary: Up to $85,000 Depending on Experience
