We're seeking a proactive, creative, and strategically minded Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our marketing campaign execution, drive lead generation, and manage our social media presence. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and amplify Aimpoint Digital’s position as a leader in the data and AI space.
What you will do
- Develop and manage a social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and interaction with our audience.
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to align campaign materials with the content strategy and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid media, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Utilize HubSpot to develop and manage email campaigns, including drip campaigns, to nurture leads through the sales funnel and support sales objectives.
- Develop and manage ABM campaigns, tailoring content and outreach strategies to target high-value accounts.
- Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and publication across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube, ensuring content aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
- Respond to and support internal team members' content and campaign requests, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Who we are looking for

Your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to deliver on time are crucial for this role.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within the tech, AI, or data-driven industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ABM strategies.
- Strong social media management skills, with experience in content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- HubSpot experience is essential, particularly in managing email marketing and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform and optimize campaign strategies.
- Experience using project management tools (like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) to organize and track work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Prior sales or consulting experience is a plus, especially in supporting outreach campaigns for Business Development.
- Design and video editing skills, with experience using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, is a plus.

Location: This position is fully-remote; however, Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our new headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
