Position Overview
As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll contribute to the company’s success by collaborating with business leaders, their staff, and the HR team to plan, organize, and implement Human Resources initiatives as well as support the business strategy and growth objectives. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, providing Human Resources expertise in the areas of organizational design and development, coaching/development, change management, compensation, conflict management, employee relations, and more.
This person must thrive and prosper in an environment that is fast-paced and will require an ability to navigate and deliver amidst changing priorities and ambiguous circumstances.
Essential Responsibilities
· Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to leaders of the organization· Manage and facilitate leadership coaching and team building that support change and growth aligned to the functional people strategy· Identify, plan and execute organizational design initiatives that streamline business operations· Lead change management initiatives and coach and guide leaders to smoothly lead their teams through change· Analyze, interpret and present relevant metrics and insights to the business to drive the focus and execution of strategy.· Assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and partner on implementation with the business and the Talent Center of Excellence· Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to execute on programs and projects as needed· Provide consultation and support to managers on employee relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Conduct investigations for employment-related claims.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience or relevant HR and/or leadership experience.· BA/BS degree required. MBA or Master's degree preferred.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize, analyze and interpret data.· Flexible work style and approach based on client needs/style and HR partnership.· Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across geographies throughout the organization and cross-functionally.· Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding client expectations.· Proven project management and operations skills with demonstrated ability to manage global projects and initiatives.With your explicit consent which you provided as part of the application process, we will retain candidate personal data solely for the business purpose for which it was collected.
