The Data Architect will be responsible fordeveloping and maintaining an efficient, scalable, and secure data infrastructure. The idealcandidate will possess deep technical expertise in data management, data modeling, and datagovernance, with a strong focus on enabling business intelligence and analytics.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned with theorganization’s goals and objectives• Design and document data models, data flows, and data integration strategies• Create logical and physical data models for new and existing systems• Ensure data models adhere to enterprise standards and best practices• Design and implement data integration solutions for combining data from differentsources• Ensure seamless data flow and real-time data availability across the organization• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures• Implement data quality frameworks and monitor data quality metrics• Evaluate and select appropriate data management technologies and tools• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data warehouses, data lakes, andother data storage solutions• Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to understanddata requirements and deliver solutions• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other team members• Ensure data architecture complies with relevant security and privacy regulations• Implement measures to protect data from unauthorized access and breachesRequirements• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field• Proven 5+ years experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role• Extensive experience with database management systems, data modeling, and dataintegration tools• Strong background in SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing solutionsData Architect• Proficient in data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin)• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities• Data management certifications (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF)• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality results• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines• Strong leadership and team management skills
