About The Role


The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key clients, fostering existing client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. This role offers a fast-paced, diverse, and stimulating environment suited for individuals who are innovative, driven, and enthusiastic about digital marketing.


Responsibilities


  • serve as the primary point of contact and communication bridge between clients, ensuring their needs are promptly and effectively addressed.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proactively and professionally handle client concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed account, performance and revenue reports that showcase key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.
  • Develop innovative strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase revenue while delivering exceptional value.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical issues to facilitate effective escalation management.

Requirements


  • A degree from a university in the fields of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or another related area.
  • At least seven years of proven experience in Account Management within the digital media industry.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing tools, trends, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English as well as Arabic.
  • Good knowledge of CRM Software, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite applications.
  • Ability to customize solutions according to client’s specific needs and goals.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and manage various projects without making mistakes.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities complemented by analytical abilities that can lead to successful results.
