What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer
- Use our entire tech stack to develop new features for the Brandmate digital food safety platform.
- Contribute to and influence design and development decisions.
- Work in a small and agile team, quickly and incrementally delivering value to our customers.
- Use Jira, Slack, and Zoom to communicate with your team, wider parts of the Crunchtime organization, and leadership.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience building web applications with C# or Python.
- A great communicator who asks questions and challenges assumptions.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and software architecture.
- Ability to learn our full tech stack and contribute at each level.
- A desire to take ownership of systems and help improve them, not just code “to spec”.
- Someone who wants to understand our customers' problems and implement solutions that make their work easier.
- PostgreSQL/SQL Server/MySQL database experience.
Nice to haves
- Experience with modern .NET and Azure.
- Experience with Flutter
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Expertise in, and experience of, developing enterprise products and web products at scale.
- You have experience communicating with technical and non-technical customers.
- You've worked in small dynamic teams before.
Whatyou’ll get
