We are backed with $150M+ from world-class investors such as Atomic, Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, General Catalyst, and Lux Capital.The Influencer and Ambassador Lead will lead the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategies and brand partnerships to amplify our brand’s reach and engagement.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media landscapes, influencer trends, and the ability to drive impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
Identify key KPIs to measure campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
Partnership Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals and brand vision.
Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities that can drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including concept development, influencer selection, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
Oversee content creation, ensuring that influencer-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to foster long-term partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Identify and leverage new opportunities to enhance the brand’s presence and engagement in the influencer space.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and digital marketing trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and influencer marketing platforms.
