We are seeking a Technology Intern to join our diverse tribe of creatives, brand strategists, technologists, problem-solvers, colorists, listeners, coaches, farmers, and musicians.
While this is a remote role, you must live within driving distance of the Atlanta office for occasional meetings and team functions as needed.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Monthly maintenance for client website environments. Tasks including but not limited to:
- Updating core code bases
- Updating plugins
- Audit of SEO, page speed scores, and security vulnerabilities as a value add for our clients
- Quality Assurance Testing of Web Properties and Development Updates
- Front End Development in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Content Authoring within Content Management Systems
- Change photos, add recipes, etc
- Competitive Analysis
- Respond to assigned tasks in Jira and Asana
Requirements
- Availability to work 15 - 18 hours per week
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science in the state of Georgia
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
