Senior Business Consultant: Contractor
Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics consulting services and product firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for a Senior Business Consultant contractor with experience in the storage industry for our
Consulting Services team.
The role will require a 40 hour a week commitment for approximately 18 weeks.
As the Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in assessing their business and financial operations along with helping them plan for their business transformation. This role will include on-site client collaboration.

- Providing business strategy consulting analysis
- Supporting basic financial analysis
- Performing data validation
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Supporting and documenting client workshops and discussions
- Working both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Communicating business needs effectively to technical teams.
- Providing strong presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Creating documentation
- Driving change within an organization.
- Gaining buy-in from stakeholders and managing resistance
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related degree preferred; MBA is a plus
- Experience: 4+ years of work experience is required. Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis experienced preferred
- Core Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills; mindset of “own it all the way”
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Working knowledge of Data; Proficient in data query languages, specifically SQL; experience with visualization tools preferred (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Potential for 1-2 onsite visits to CA.
Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and fostering collaboration between business and technical teams
