Job Description
As a member of the EasyVista CloudOps team, you are a key player in the success of our SaaS / On Premise customers.We don't just support our customers, your day-to-day work will ensure the reliability, quality and security of our services and products and contribute to the fulfilment of our services and products, with the single aim of contributing to the success of our commitments. In a few points, your position can be summarized as follows:
- Ensuring the operational readiness of the IT infrastructures hosting the distributed distributed application solution (monitoring, incident management, systems administration)
- Ensuring the availability of our platforms and supporting platform scalability (servers, applications and databases)
- Work in close collaboration with the development teams to develop and maintain systems
- Participate in the continuous evolution and optimization of the infrastructure
- Define and implement platform security policies
- Participate in post-mortems on production incidents in the analysis and resolution phases of improvement action plans
- Develop knowledge bases to empower and improve the efficiency of our level level 1 and 2 teams (troubleshooting, procedures, architecture documentation, etc.)
- Work in Agile mode, putting the user at the center of your concerns
- Participate in 24/7 on-call duty in rotation with others CloudOps team members
Qualifications
- Advanced system & network administration: Linux (Ubuntu) and ecosystem, firewall, VPN...
- Machine and application-level virtualization (containerization): VMWare, Docker, AWS EKS
- HA Design & Architecture: Load balancing & Failover, VPN, QoS / Anti DDoS (Firewall Stormshield, OpenVPN, HAproxy, Apache QoS, PfSense...)
- MCO of SaaS web & bigdata architecture: RabbitMQ, Storm, Flink, Cassandra, Elasticsearch,Apache / PHP / mysql, SQL Server, Solr, ...
- Culture of teamwork and information sharing with the various players (technical teammanagement and customer)
- Proactivity, sense of responsibility and autonomy
- English and French Advanced level
Degree :
- Maîtrise (Quebec) / Master's degree (Canada out of Quebec)
