You'll play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and leveraging strategic partnership opportunities. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the team's productivity, coordinating events, and ensuring precise documentation and reporting.Core Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Project Management: Manage the team’s calendar and project timelines, ensuring optimal organization and timely execution of tasks.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and logistical execution of partnership-related events, from ideation to completion, to enhance SecurityPal’s industry presence.
- Research: Proactively identify industry events and potential partnership opportunities, research prospects, and prepare comprehensive briefings for the team.
- Reporting: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including tracking receipts, credit card statements, and compiling detailed expense reports.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Efficiently organize and upkeep records pertaining to marketing and partnership initiatives, ensuring easy access and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a support role within marketing, partnerships, or business development, demonstrating a track record of organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for working collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (Notion preferable), and Google Suite.
- A strong detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Adaptive and eager to take on varied tasks, demonstrating both independence and initiative.
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination is highly advantageous.
