Ouster is hiring a Regional Sales Coordinator to help our European team be as successful as they can possibly be - We are working with customers from Stockholm to Lisbon and Dublin to Ankara. This position will serve primarily to help our commercial team manage their customer engagements, opportunities and ongoing projects relating to both prospective and existing customers. The role will liaise between the Revenue Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Technical teams to ensure we maintain a high level of customer focus and satisfaction.;Key Responsibilities:;
- Assist the commercial Sales team on opportunity management and order
- planning
- Process customer sales orders, including the issuance of sales
- quotations, purchase orders and other sales documentation
- Liaise with customers and logistics to support on shipment delivery and/or
- customs clearance matters
- Support and ensure proper follow up of RMAs (logitics/finance)
- Ensure all sales related documentation and flows are followed in a timely
- manner both internally and externally
- Coordination of regional marketing events and campaigns as required by
- the team
- Account receivables follow up
- Liaise with team to ensure stock and sales forecasts are up to date
- Handle topics related to the proper running of the local company and tasks
- related to day-to-day operation including management of subcontractors
- and handling of bills etc.
- Be the glue that holds the team together!;Desired Qualities and Skills:;
- Diploma in business or engineering or other relevant qualification
- Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken) + French
- Working experience with the following key knowledge:
- Order processing flow
- Shipment documentation & Customs requirements (Incoterms)
- Basic sales, trading and contracting concepts
- Experience of CRM and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP etc)
- Experience in a mutli-cultural international team environment
- Positive and flexible attitude with independent management initiative.
