We're looking for a Operations Workforce Management Senior Lead join the team. You will join our Remote Assistance team within Operations and play an essential part in our mission to provide the world with affordable and environment-friendly deliveries. Every day, our robots are completing thousands of autonomous deliveries in the US, UK and Europe, and we’re hitting records on an almost weekly basis.

Your main responsibilities are:


  • You will play a key role in moving key metrics such as labor cost, forecast accuracy, average remote assistance wait time and utilisation in a high-seasonality environment
  • You will provide input for hiring decisions and maintain a balanced workforce capacity in relation to the available work
  • You will ensure that accurate financial targets are set and strive to meet them.
  • Conducting monthly cost analyses and understanding the reasons behind the outcomes. 
  • You will establish and enforce necessary processes and ensure they are followed in a timely manner
  • You will build and lead a skilled and motivated team of workforce management specialists, fostering continuous growth and development within the team and domain
  • You will work with senior leadership to ensure high service quality and support to both internal and external counterparties is provided

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:


  • You are fluent in English and located already here in Estonia
  • You have 3+ years of experience as people lead and at least 3 years of experience working in a workforce management team
  • You get things done! You have a track record of identifying and resolving issues independently, taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances 
  • You have a strong understanding of workforce management (WFM), including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling and real time management
  • You think strategically, developing strategies that align workforce management with business goals, having a clear vision of where the workforce management processes need to go and how to get there
  • You are analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of data: You would be analysing workforce data to make evidence-based decisions, and you would identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • You have good attention to detail: ensuring accuracy in scheduling and forecasting
  • You have worked with BI tools before like Tableau and Excel/Google Sheets 
  • You have good communication skills! You have an ability to convey information clearly and succinctly to different stakeholders, while actively listening to understand the needs and concerns of employees and management
  • You have worked internationally, cross-team, or cross-geo before. You quickly pick up on how best to communicate effectively across different cultures and time zones
  • You understand operations and you have experience of working with operational teams, and how to work with people, processes, and products
  • (IT) Project management and coordination skills are a plus
