The Job


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house Creative Studio. As part of a team of 16, you will collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience, drive growth and effectively communicate our core message. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious designer to make a meaningful impact in the rapidly growing FemTech industry.

Your Experience


Must have:


  • Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field;
  • Proven proficiency in Figma or similar software;
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe CC;
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and user acquisition (UA) creatives;
  • Good knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YT, Google, Reddit, etc;
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design ideas to cross-functional teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to always deliver best-in-class assets;
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative work.

Nice to have:


  • Illustration experience is a huge bonus;
  • Familiarity with the femtech industry or a strong interest in women's health and well-being;
  • Experience working in a startup or dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Understanding of branding, with the capability to adhere to brand guidelines while infusing innovative and creative elements.

What you'll be doing


You'll be responsible for:


  • Developing creative concepts for a variety of communications spanning social, growth and performance marketing;
  • Collaborating with copywriters and motion designers to create cohesive and engaging work;
  • Work closely with the Senior Creative and wider Creative Studio to ensure visual excellence across all platforms and channels;
  • Striking a balance between performance-led creativity and maintaining brand consistency;
  • Understanding the critical metrics impacted by design decisions and iterating creatively;
  • Contributing creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to enhance overall design quality;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.

You'll be targeted on:


  • Contributing to ambitious company revenue targets;
  • User engagement with campaigns.
