The Job
We're seeking a Creative Producer ready to channel their strategic, managerial, and creative skills into meaningful campaigns. Your Experience
Must have:
- Mastery in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
- Minimum 2 years in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, ASO Manager, or UA Manager, with substantial experience in creative production within relevant industries. A strong grasp of UA and ASO asset production is crucial;
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating your journey from idea to impactful creative execution, showcasing a broad range of content;
- A deep understanding of key metrics (CTR, CR, etc.), with the ability to analyze creative test results and make data-driven decisions;
- Proficiency in various project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Calendar & Sheets, Miro) and an exceptional understanding of creative production processes and pipelines.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and the ability to apply them to design decisions;
- Active engagement with the latest industry trends and emerging design technologies;
- Previous role in a mentoring or leadership capacity within a design team.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Drive the creation and oversight of marketing assets, ensuring they support our marketing goals and comply with brand guidelines;
- Craft detailed creative briefs for producing marketing assets across Paid UA, ASO, ASA, and Growth initiatives centred around clear, strategic hypotheses;
- Take charge of small-to-medium design projects, showcasing initiative and leadership to bring creative concepts to fruition. Ensure timely delivery of creative projects and assets, meeting the specifications of the performance and growth teams. Effectively manage project budgets and resources;
- Work closely with the marketing team and creative leads, including writers, graphic designers, illustrators and motion designers, to develop and execute creative projects. Ensure that all creatives are optimized for various devices and platforms;
- Oversee all phases of video and photo production, from planning and execution to post-production. Ensure the final products align with project objectives and adhere to brand standards;
- Provide ongoing feedback during the production process and oversee the quality and consistency of all creative outputs. Make necessary adjustments to projects based on performance results;
- Continuously analyze the effectiveness of marketing assets and campaigns to gauge their impact and success. Use insights from data to refine and enhance future creative projects.
You'll be targeted on:
- Enhancing our engagement with new and existing audiences through strategic and creative marketing initiatives;
- Driving significant improvements in campaign effectiveness, as measured by key performance indicators relevant to performance marketing and ASO.
